Description

large accumulation of litter and overgrown weeds on N. 21st street sidewalk between E. Main and E. Franklin Sts. Litter and trash block usage of the sidewalk and collect animal waste. Tenants on east side of 21st St. regularly place their trash bins in the middle of the sidewalk.
