Description

There are large shrubs and a big arching tree that have grown well into the street on the corner of Stockton and 1st. I’ve almost gotten hit by a car 3x in the past 6 months. Also, it seems to be a spot where thieves through their stolen stuff and people are feeding Ferrell cars.... I am speaking for a dozen local residences when I ask for the city to simply prune back the shrubs and tree... hard! ... like take back 10’ of road. And we will clean up all the horrible trash and glass.... thanks
