Description

Paving is underway on Seminary Avenue (many thanks)! Today, August 31, the 4500 block of W. Seminary was milled 1" deep in preparation for paving from 4536 W. Seminary, south. This evening, after a short rain the milled street is now muddy and ruts are appearing, as the 1" of pavement that was removed has exposed the gravel and clay base below the pavement. Please do not re-pave this block with a 1" overlay without addressing the lack of a pavement and/or drainage base. Thanks
