Description
After years of applying layers of gravel, the level of the alley is now higher than my garage, carport, and yard. During heavy rains I have now had flooding inside my garage (insurance claim in the works) which will need grading before I can do repairs. The carport and part of my yard also floods. I need this work done immediately to prevent further damage and before I do the damage repair.
