Description

There are a ton of plants obstructing the sidewalk. I saw someone in a wheelchair that tried to get by - but the vegetation is in the way, so they had to double back and go around another block. With no paved sidewalk on the other side of the road, this could continue to be an issue moving forward. This issue is actually on Norfolk Street between Summit and Highpoint along the apartment building.
