Description

There is a significant amount of graffiti on the Brown's Island historical Power Plant wall that is opposite the art murals. Venture Richmond said this is not their responsibility and is privately owned. This site is visited by hundreds of people a day as a tourist attraction. I indicated concrete as the surface material which is accurate for 90% but the rest is on brick. I apologize but put in a previous report at DPW000059296 but my pictures did not load and I couldn't reload.
