Description

Along Commonwealth Avenue from Kensington to Stuart along with a curb. The sidewalk stops at the north edge of Kensington and picks up again south of Stuart. It's unsafe. People walking and out with their pets have to walk in the road. Also people park in side yards when they attend church and other functions. The water runoff from this area isn't great either. Water stands on Stuart.
