Description
Citizen states that the large area of trees and brush is overgrown and has garbage that needs to be cleaned; citizen is wheel chair bound and when she travels down the sidewalk she is hit in the face by overgrown shrubs and the is an accumulation of trash and tall grass this is close to fire hydrant across the hospital
