Description

A large armchair and box full of move-out garbage has been left sitting outside of this apartment building, presumably by a tenant, for the last two weeks. This was already reported via PDR000006426, and has been reported to property management company and no action has been taken. The chair was in the grass, but after grass was cut today it was simply moved back to sidewalk, rather than actually being removed! It is now obstructing the busy walkway. Property management just confirmed they will be removing. please cancel.
