M Sent email to DPU on 8/28/20 @2:53 pm...Percy Wyatt and Douglas Osborne... Hello, Urban Forestry received a call from Ms. Kathleen Cotten at the above address on 8/27/20. She was complaining abouta sewer line being clogged with tree roots. While I was on the phone with her, she had a company there; Master Plumbing of Hanover, Mr. Don Simmons 804-206-8674. He confirmed he had cleared Ms. Cotton’s line but the City may need to come out to clear the rest. Ms. Cotten called back today stating after she spoke with me she had water built up in her basement bathroom. Again our Arborist Mr. Sam Lilly has worked with the citizen previously on some complaints she had concerning a tree at herhome. If she is having issues with the sewer line we felt maybe we needed to reach out to DPU. Could you please assist us or advise how to handle this?
