Citizen is concerned with the unsightly grass around the light pole and sidewalk on the corner (E. 17th Street) and Stockton. This is across from her residence at 1617 Stockton Street. She states the city comes out to cut the field but doesn't maintain the grass near the sidewalk in front of the field.
