Description
Lot of land on the corner of Rusk Avenue nd Hopkins Road; lot grass, growing on the stop sign and powerlines and immediatley accross the street there is a tree limb down hanging down onn the sidewalk obstructing line of view and wheelchair would have to curb around the sidewalk and will have to wheel in street
