Description

Good afternoon, I have the following Citizen Concern/Escalation & hope you can assist. Our citizen is advising that Urban Forestry was doing work in the area this morning & damaged a concrete post/column near where the work was being done. My agent verified this was not a utility pole/street light but a concrete column along the roadway.
