Description

Caller states adjacent from his address there's a row of trees on Brame that makes the area real dark therefore creates an environment for things to happen such as drug dealings and prostitution and illegal activities. The row of trees have grown over on Brame St. the address it's adjacent from is 2501 Melbourne. It's the corner of Brame & Melbourne
