Description

I am not sure if this is the right category, but the ally between the 2100 block of Selden and Newbourne Streets is blocked by tree limbs and overgrowth from the properties on either side of the alley. The vegetation growing on one side of the alley reaches so far if you drive it, you look as though you might hit a light pole. The alley is also uneven and keeps large puddles.
