Description
last time repair city put gravel on top of asphalt . this is not holding up . citizen state there was an accident two day ago f a citizen trying to miss the large pothole. citizen hit electric pole which called a serge. alley need to repair asp. the whole shopping center went without power and the surge cause the citizen ac units to blow and also tenant electrical panels blue.
