Description
timing issue - The lane markers have been updated on Malvern between Cary and Grove. The signal sensors embedded in the pavement that trip the light when a vehicle(s) is present no longer line up with the place the car waits for the light to change. I drive through this intersection regularly and notice that the east bound Malvern traffic does not get a turn when the lights cycle through their pattern.
