Description

A large tree fell in the alley between 30th and 31st streets. It was partially cleared on Saturday, but the remaining half is leaning on a utility pole and it blocks large vehicles, like garbage and moving trucks, from being able to access the alley. It is also responsible for damaging lines for internet access.
