Description
It is my understanding that resident are responsible to maintain public property facing the front of the home only however if the home is on the corner street as in the case of neighbors home at Rosemont and Warwick that the city is responsible for maintaining public strip facing Warwick Road. There are several location like that Hull and Midlothian, the city does a good job with e medium but totally do not man those sections between 5529 and Church of God .
