Description
The city plants tree which is great but does not maintain them by pruning so as not to obscure vision for traffic like tree at 5649 whose resident is 80 years old or GRTC bus sign at Warwick and Queen Ann as examples or removed / replace dying or trees or those damaged by traffic which happens a lot on Warwick Road causing the street to be an eye sore. Don't plant if they are not to be maintain or expect residents to assume responsibility.
