Description

There are three very large dump trucks parked on Hollister Avenue. One parked on Chapel Drive forces oncoming traffic on both streets in the other travel lane. There are no sidewalks in this neighborhood and it also pushes the residents to into travels while walking. They are also parking in the existing culverts destroying them even more. There is already a standing water issue when it rains.
