need to ck a service request status; caller states this request have been opened so long that now the overgrowth has taken over the reflected signs and the vegetation is now covering over into the road. This is unsightly and can be dangerous because of the high volume of traffic. Caller would like the status of when this can be maintained.(concerned emailed to DPW ground main. div. for status of this request)
