Description
18 wheeler trucks and trailers are getting stuck under a limb and lines on Rothesay Circle doing damage to the trees, the trucks and the Street. See pictures. Portland Place is a city owned street and leads to Rothesay Circle. The sign needs to be place near 1301 Portland Place to prevent 18 wheeler trucks and trailers from entering the neighborhood. Do not enter 18 wheeler trucks and trailers. See pictures.
