Description

Traffic on Brookland Pkwy between Hermitage and Chamberlayne does not observe the speed limit and I have seen several instances of cars passing other cars on the right (in the bike lane). I would like to request speed humps and some type of physical barrier to prevent cars from pulling into the bike lane to pass another car.
