Description

Caller states the arborist came and placed marks on trees and some were removed but there's one tree that now seems to be dying since the Forest Hill project looks like the root of the tree was cut and a retainer wall and sidewalk has been placed. Caller wants someone to take a look at the tree and see if the tree is now dying since this project started. What cause the tree to change.
