Description

The sidewalk in front of 616 and 614 1/2 N 27th St. is cracked in numerous places and this has allowed huge quantities of algae to accumulate creating a surface that is extremely slippery when wet. My wife and our neighbor, both seniors, have already fallen and I wrenched my knee trying to avert a fall.
