Description

The eastern crosswalk at the corner of N Cherry St and Floyd Ave is very faded and needs to be repainted. This is an area with a high amount of foot traffic due to its location on VCU campus and the lack of crosswalk visibility is dangerous. I was recently crossing at this crosswalk at nighttime and an RPD police car refused to stop for me and nearly ran me over. The cop yelled at me and claimed there was no crosswalk at the intersection, presumably because it was so faded he failed to see it.
