Description
Dear RVA city, during this last weekends major rain I ended up having 5 houses worth of water drain onto my property and into my house and crawlspace. I found that 401, and 403 w 30th st, richmond va 23225 both have all of there property runoff directed towards the back of there homes and the alley. Once it gets to the alley it drains onto my property instead of being directed towards the sewer and runoff drains on either side. To fix the alley needs to be sloped and packed, and assessed. I have videos of the water runoff and alley. please feel free to ask if you need to see them the files are 25mb or larger.
