Description

In the cul-de-sac proper, which is roughly a circular area, there are no parking signs at the west (L) and north (straight ahead) sides of the circle, but not the east side (R) of the circle. The east (R) side of the circle is where cars have been parking. Even one vehicle parks in the cul-de-sac, then first responders are blocked and delayed.
