Description

Need to adjust timing cycle. Tazewell and Overbrook. Traffic signal is only 10sec. long (about 3 cars). Not long enough for traffic turning right (east) onto Overbrook during rush hour time. And cars cannot make right turn on red (illegal) . Though some cars make the turn on red or run the light because of the short duration. Fendall an Overbrook has a longer traffic duration but much less traffic? I believe its close to 15 or 20sec.
