Description

Owner of 9 Overbrook Rd. has installed a pipe to divert water into the alley and dug up a portion of the alley to accomodate the pipe. This has resulted in a large pothole behind 9 Overbrook Rd. The pothole holds the water in the alley between Overbrook Rd. and W. Graham Rd.
