Description

I mean no burden on the trash collection, but week after week there is disarray of trash left on the ground or fallen from truck or just not picked up on 2400 block behind Rosewood ave and Maplewood ave Trash cans over turned. And there is a constant neglect on the side alley of 2418 Rosewood ave, both on city and neighbors part . Any help is appreciated.
