I am requesting that speed bumps be placed in the 2700 block of Decatur street. Despite one sign on the street regarding speed, trucks and cars continually speed down the street at all hours of the day and night. This street is made of of several elderly couples and at least 5 families with small children. They are speeding sometimes 50-60 miles per hour on a 25 mph zone.
