Description
In alley behind my house, street not YET blocked but wire hanging down is so low that a garbage truck going under it barely clears it. Wire was pulled down by a large tree branch that fell and which has since been removed at my expense. Verizon has done nothing to resolve the issue with this wire which needs to be cut and pulled out of the way. Other tree branches in this alley are also problematic, resting on other wires.
