Description

There doesn’t seem to be a place on the 311 app to report abandoned cars on public streets. I live at 39 E. 3rd St. in Manchester and have identified roughly 10 cars that haven’t moved in six months… Some have had their plates removed and are far beyond expiration and inspection dates.
