Description

Message: Tree that has made it impossible to turn cars around at the end of the 2600 block of Porter St. is STILL blocking the end of the road making it extremely difficult to turn cars around and park. Please advise when it will be removed. It was on the removal list before the rain brought it down. This is on Park and City street property. Damaged fence, etc.
