Description

huge dead tree limb hanging over busy sidewalk that is used for children, walkers ,etc. Tree is also in bad shape but most dangerous is limb over sidewalk. Since only sidewalk on this block it is used a lot by children and walkers. It is located in front of 4630 Hanover Ave, RVA 23226
