Message: I was wondering what the procedure is for planting things like trees in the area. I know the City has a plan for certain areas that likely dates back decades so is this something that can be easily changed or is it more complicated? We have a median that has always had hedges planted in it as I would assume was in the original plan. Could trees be planted there instead or would that
