Description

City tree in front of house has huge limbs that break and fall into roadway + sidewalk in heavy rain. Tree has had huge sections fall into road twice so far; luckily it missed falling onto cars -- the city tree is on a narrow one-way street with street parking. Requesting heavy pruning or removal to prevent further damage.
