Description

Hello, In the last few weeks all of the alleys in Bellevue have been graveled. During these awful rain it has caused all of the water to pool and flooded 10 inches of water into my garage which has always stayed dry even in bad storms. It also flooded both my neighbors and my yard. I have pictures if needed. I think the gravel just needs to be leveled so it flows out. The alley is totally normal except the length of my house and 3 neighbors. Please call me if you need any details.
