Description

The alley is improperly graded and floods our house. The alley slopes from Leigh Street towards Clay street with the lowest point behind 503 and 505 N 31st St. The alley must be crowned in the middle to run to the street and to the storm drain. Our house floods each time there is a medium or heavy rain.
