Description

Turning signals are not working at intersection of Chamberlayne and Laburnum. The signals do not change from red. Witnessed last Friday, 8/7 at approximately 6:00 PM and Friday, 8/14 at approximately 6:00 PM.

    Checked all functions and the intersection is working as design. I do understand the EB (east) left turn may feel like a long wait, but it is design as a last movement.
