Description

Excessive and overflowing trash constantly outside this apartment complex. It overflows into public alley and blocks alley entrance at times. I have even tried cleaning it up myself at times and the renter inside the building told me to leave it alone for whatever reason. Anything you can do to help with this reoccurring issue will be much appreciated. It is unsanitary and not helping with current rodent infestation in the area. Thank you!
