Description

The bike rack outside of 818 W. Broad Street has been uprooted, either hit by a car or vandalized. It is currently laying on the sidewalk, and presents both a tripping hazard, and a potential piece of debris to be thrown through a business window during the current unrest. Requesting that it please be reinstalled. Thank you!
