Description
Patrick Henry Park on 25th St across from St John's Church in Church Hill, is in a state of total disrepair. Up until recently, this location was being attended to by a developer as a result of an arrangement he had with the city. He has fulfilled his obligation and upkeep of the park has now reverted back to the City of Richmond. The Parks Department has indicated mowing services would be provided by DPW. The grass is up to our knees. Can someone get out there and mow please?
