a handicapped ramp access issue being blocked due to a large tree with major branches hanging down. Requesting a tree on City property be cut back or taken down due to blocking access to a handicapped ramp for her tenant.

    Response from Arborist M. Staton: This is 2023 Dinwiddie Ave. I talked to the tenants and the concern expressed is water pooling by the steps, this can be seen by the attached picture. I believe this is a sidewalk issue and have copied William Carroll so he can assess. For the tree, it needs to be pruned and Needs to be done by a contractor due to its size and technical skill required to do this safely. Again, this is a sidewalk issue;however, I will place this tree on my pruning list.
