Description

Tree at the trailhead of North Bank Trail is showing signs of rot and/or eventual death. Large limbs are falling in moderate wind and half of the tree appears dead. Dead limbs have landed on vehicles parked below. Tree is located in the cul -de-sac at Riverside Park/Oregon Hill Parkway/S. Cherry Street.
