Description
Water after continuous raining has continuously food the entire property, crawl space and damage air conditions unit. Which has cause continuous costly repair. Due to know fault but The City of Richmond paving the alley way. Every time it rains if floods our property. I have pictures and video for proof. Some from Storm Drain came out this morning, stating you all need to put up a barrier. The water from the alley comes from both ways, flooding our entire property. I have all of my receipts.
