    Citizen Followed up and has a few additional issues. Spoke to Mr.Joinner (with the city) and noticed a couple other things that need to be done. He was going to attach notes to case. Looks like the ditch needs to be dug deeper and also the neighbor above her had a clogged pipe -Per city worker.
