Description

This tree is hanging over a roadway and has been cut back by neighbors and tied to prevent hazardous conditions for pedestrians and motorists. It needs to be severely pruned and/or removed. The initial request was made by the neighbor who tied it three weeks ago. There has been no one here to assess the damage. It impacts parking for the neighborhood and is a hazard.
